I decided not to push it too hard. My knee and leg felt better today. But. Left lateral knee started stabbing again so I cut it shorter than my plan 🤷‍♀️. Time requires patient’s. My are running thin. I need to train for  a Gnarly hike in March !! .

Went to pick up the mail and added another little block. I thought it was gonna get 1 mile.

Despite going across the bridge at 2 mph it’s still slippery .  One small turn around a man with a dog in MY CEMENT TRACT, I decided I’d move !  Oops My helmet was a welcomed safety tool , I do have a head ache. My left hip is swelling a little bit and is bruising. NO. IT IS NOT BROKEN ,  I feel confident it is not even an occult fracture,  which is detected two or three days later ( I was an orthopedic nurse before I was in NICU ) if I’m wrong I’d be shocked ! I’m OK !  . . .
