Morning Ride

Mary handed me the baton just ahead of schedule then I tried to get out of Great Yarmouth as quickly as possible. Bit of confusion overtaking CoNAC but legs felt great and I was consistently ahead of my 6:15 target pace. Chased down a total of 6 teams and was gearing up for a sprint finish when suddenly my leg ended a mile shorter than advertised. Handed over to Crystal to take the team into Sunday. Brilliant support from Cat and Ian on the bike.
