A short scenic ride along the Istrian peninsula on the Adriatic cost from Piran through resort/beach areas in Croatia to Bašanija.

Very interesting salt flats south of Piran, which preserved as a national park.

We rode along the EuroVelo 8 route for part of the ride, which runs on the old Parenzana railway.
