6x10 tempo did 15 mins on the last rep, all reps in aero. Some of them are off power wise bc stop lights etc. but did 300-305 for all of them

Somewhat hot for this one so that didn’t help. Probably would have been easier inside but gotta know what it’s like to push power outside before the race so I will sacrifice watts for that atm
