Nice ride before work
Training for the upcoming crusher race next Monday. Started cramping up at mile 22, not good since my race is 54 miles long.
Easy going ride to put some miles on for my cancer ride challenge have to take it easy because I’m on limited duty following several cauterizations due to serious nose bleeds lately.
