my delusional trait is watching the new season of sprint and believing that it’s not too late for me to become a 100m sprinter

Was going to do the “4 Pass 4 14ers Loop” today, which consists of running the standard 4 Pass Loop BUT climbing Snowmass, Maroon Peak, North Maroon, & Pyramid along the way. But with all the rain I did not want to do the Bells Traverse on slick rock. Good call. Went for Pyramid FKT instead and boy was the rock slippery up high. Took it conservatively and basically walked the Class 4 section. I could definitely do it faster on dry rock. 

But a fun morning nonetheless. Got recognized by a party on the summit. They said: “Is that Erin Ton? Are you FKTing this.” Lol. One other party headed up with a man from Italy who was decked in head to toe La Spo!! Couple other people cheering me on down low and then a whole bunch of bubbas once I hit the trail. They act like they’ve never seen a trail runner in their life 🙄
