Lovely day out in the alpine with lots of laughter, some suffering but nice to recce some more of the bonnington traverse for future endeavours. 
First half pretty slow with some decent bushwhacking round lost lake after a wrong turn, lots of unsmooth ridge lines but beautiful views. A small portion of scrambling that may put some people off if not ready for it after territory peak. 
Second half was very runnable with smoother ridge lines and some fsr between copper and red, then a decent trail from red to toad. 
Think I need to start making checklists for what I need after forgetting my extra water that left me with 1.5l for the first 8 hours!! That pipe felt like a dream for us, cold and fresh water
