Had a little setback last week and have been taking it easy. My right knee is slightly aggravated and sometimes feels like I tweak a nerve. Everything was good today except for one bad step as I transitioned from the climb to descent. I've had this problem several times over the years and just have to be patient! I do a heel press stretch that seems to address it pretty effectively. Sitting down makes it worse.
