Trying to go for a Parking/5km PB, but couldn't beat it, still very happy with an 18:07 after such a psychological shit first half of the year.
First time volunteering at parkrun today too! 

Then running fast to catch up with the social run guys and last kms at an easy pace.

Ironman anniversary coming in a couple days, will probably cry a bit, but that's okay, we're back 💪
