Total: 2550 calories give or take some pawned off on others or mopping up for others

As I told PMW, this was probably ill-advised, but I survived the 17+17 back-to-back and a 70+ mile week.  While speed is elusive, at least I've been able to clunk along high mileage.  I went ahead a few times because I knew the others would easily catch me.
