Jeesh! 212 route markers put down over 15 miles in a little under 7 hours in almost 90° sunny weather. Maybe the hardest assignment I have ever had. Glad i had lots of electrolytes and water and shot blox. Cramps in my legs are bad. I lost almost 8 lbs in this process.
