After Poland I saw where I was lacking , sprint recovery and riding while fucked! The last two weeks I’ve been really trying to combat that and already feeling the benifits

Mandingo is 4 trails together to try and simulate something of EDR length and physicality. I’ve been doing a good few runs of it , it’s sick!! Top of shizzel , pedal into dickies , hard left undulating pedal over to homegrown and then into dream track. 7 odd minutes
