Another COP day

Sore calf, so no leg curl…well, dropped it, but still very sore. Fine otherwise. Had to take Salem home just before tai chi, so did it outside in the side yard. Not so easy, balance all off, almost skipped an entire sub section. Fine other than that.

Leg curl: 50/13 that hurts, even lighter

Lateral raise: 12/11

chest press: 60/11
