EDIT - would you believe I actually finished 3rd??? An actual Podium finish (well, if there had been a podium to stand on lol!)

An absolutely beautiful day out there, pretty much perfect conditions to try to run as fast as i can in 7 hours, courtesy of Lincoln Maravan who hosted the event.

With a great event, great course, great weather and great company it was smiles all round (except my poor little legs of course!) I'm now showered and changed, and ready to have Pizza for tea, along with ALL the snacks afterwards.

My legs don't actually feel as bad as I expected, but I suspect they will be the worse for wear tomorrow! 😅

I've attached a couple of pics below, and I will be back in a couple of days with a proper race report etc
