Didn't anticipate the ascents and descents. Took time to figure the gear changes required every few 100m to accommodate to the changing elevation. Dodged a rogue dog in the middle of the road by a whisker at 40th km. 
Fairly breezy a ride until the 64th when had to stop to replace puncture at 64th. And then again at 77th! A laggard now, somehow finished the ride before the cutoff.

Ps. special mention to Mohit Bhagchandani, for helping me plan the cycling leg, with the equipments (including the spare tubes!) and strategy.
