Started as an interval workout: 30min wu + 3x12mins w/ 3min recoveries. Missed the one-way FKT by about a minute & decided to ditch the third interval, run steady back up the path, & see if I could nab the out ‘n back. Some mud baths on the route, but mostly good conditions. Definitely struggled on the last big climb but held on to bring home the FKT. Happy holidays everyone 🎄
