This ride began as my best ride for the year. The conditions were just perfect. Great group of guys and fantastic weather. I remember heading into the East wind at 30km feeling invincible. 
Tamana with its foliage was pure beauty.  With a sl8ght rain fall, 🌧 the team was pumped for the ride. 
65km into our ride came the accident. 
The rest is history. The 138km and average speed is due to my transportation to the hospital but I wanted to share the day.
Thanks to Samuel, John, Hugh and Cedric for the support and encouragement on that day.
