Ten running intervals. Three on Hidden Valley Road on the flat part, two on the switchbacks (2 SB's each interval.) and five after passing the school.
Getting the pace up for Badwater 267 VR Multi Sport Division in January and Mitchell Thorp Foundation 5k in February.
The Race Across Alaske Winter Challenge starts December 21 and ends March 19, 2024. I picked the 2000 mile option. Ketchikan to Deadhorse. I will be double dipping.
