It was with a heavy heart that we cancelled UTMF2020 due to the pandemic, but we welcome all athletes who still want to challenge themselves to run 100 miles this year!
Challenge Period

Challenge Distance
Cumulative running distance of 160km
The challenge page will contain a leaderboard, but please remember that this is not a race to compete for fastest time or longest distance. During the challenge period, you may run from wherever you like, whenever you like, and as many times as you'd like to complete the challenge. Make sure to pace yourself as you attempt to complete your 160km journey.
All challenge finishers will receive a digital badge for their Strava trophy case. Challenge finishers living in Japan will be eligible to purchase a physical finisher's badge of the same design, as well as a chance to win a special prize from UTMF 2020 special sponsors, THE NORTH FACE and Citroën.

Challenge Reward
Those who complete the challenge will receive a digital badge for their trophy case. Challenge finishers living in Japan will be able to opt-in to the following:
1) A purchase of a physical finisher's badge
2) A chance to win a branded item by THE NORTH FACE (20 winners) or a branded luggage tag by Citroën (20 winners)

Additional Info
The Challenge starts and ends based on each participant's local time zone.
Manual entries, virtual runs, treadmill runs will not count towards the challenge goal. Activities must be marked "Everyone."
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.
