Great race overall.  Finished under goal of 4:30.  Went out too hard and ended up stuck in Z4/5 on the climb up winding stairs.  Cooled off at the top and stayed around Z3 the rest of the race.  Refilled one bottle at the first SAG stop and two at the second.  Ran through a total of 5 bottles (1000 calories of tailwind) and only snacked on a couple of fig newtons and split a bottle of coconut water with Sean at the aid stations.

Bike was great...no mech problems.  Next year I think I will want an even bigger cassette in the rear to keep cadence up on the big climbs.  CX bike was perfect except for the last decent at mile 40.  It was massively rutted out and very rocky.  Canti brakes got the hands cramping on both of the big decents.
